Role Overview: Seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Adminto support day-to-day sales operations and account coordination. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working cross-functionally with sales, demand planning, and warehouse teams.
Must have experience in NetSuite
This is a part-time, hourly role (10–15 hours per week)
Sales Operations Admin Responsibilities:
- Communicate with current indie retail accounts, providing updates on assortments and responding to replenishment requests
- Process purchase orders using SPS Commerce and NetSuite
- Generate and distribute sales invoices
- Coordinate with the demand planning team to align on inventory adjustments for orders
- Liaise with the warehouse team to ensure timely processing and shipment of orders
- Support fulfillment of sample and tester requests in partnership with the warehouse team
Sales Operations Admin Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales operations, order management, or administrative support (preferably within beauty, skincare, or consumer goods)
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite and tools like SPS Commerce is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a part-time capacity
