Position Summary
As a GTM Engineer, you will help build and maintain the systems and workflows that power our go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on technical role embedded in the GTM organization, focused on execution and delivery. You'll ship reliable automations and workflows that sellers and GTM teams can trust, and partner effectively on well-defined problems to improve productivity and operational effectiveness.
This role reports to the Senior Director of GTM Engineering & AI Enablement. You'll work under the direction of GTM & Engineering Leadership, with opportunities to grow your scope over time as you demonstrate strong execution and increasing ownership.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain automated workflows using tools like n8n, Clay, and Claude Code, with a focus on shipping reliable automations that sellers can trust
- Contribute to data models, ETL pipelines, and enrichment workflows that support outbound targeting, account scoring, and growth initiatives
- Help support the integration layer across Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Snowflake, and Clay — the data infrastructure that GTM agents and automated workflows depend on for reliable signal ingestion, enrichment, and execution
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, Enterprise AI Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success on scoped requests, translating clear requirements into working solutions
- Spot manual or repetitive work inside existing processes and propose simpler, more automated approaches
- Develop components of AI-powered agents and workflows that automate research, prospecting, and operational tasks, with senior engineers guiding architecture
- Grow into a technical contributor the GTM organization relies on, building the range to eventually own larger problems end-to-end
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, data analysis, marketing operations, sales operations, or a similar technical role within a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Proficiency in Python and SQL
- Experience building automated workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n, or similar platforms
- Working knowledge of data modeling and ETL/ELT concepts; familiarity with Snowflake, Power BI, or Databricks is a plus
- Working knowledge of Salesforce, including data concepts and supporting integrations across GTM systems
- Understanding of GTM business processes, including pipeline creation, seller execution, and marketing-to-sales handoffs
- Ability to partner cross-functionally on defined problems and deliver solutions that drive measurable outcomes
Preferred Experience
- Experience with data enrichment platforms like Clay or ZoomInfo
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling (Claude, OpenAI, AI agents) and how to apply them to GTM workflows
- Exposure to sales engagement platforms (Outreach, 6Sense) and revenue intelligence tools (Gong)
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Location:
- Remote – United States or Ontario, Canada
