Role Description
This is a full-time, remote position for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee financial operations, including corporate budgeting, financial planning, forecasting, and compliance. Responsibilities include managing cash flow, financial risk, and investment strategies. The CFO will collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term growth strategies and ensure that financial objectives align with the company's mission and goals. Additional duties involve liaising with stakeholders, monitoring economic trends, ensuring adherence to global compliance standards, and leading the finance team to optimize operational performance.
Qualifications
- Financial Planning, Budget Management, and Forecasting expertise
- Experience with Risk Management, Compliance, and Auditing processes
- Strong skills in Investment Strategy Development and Financial Analysis
- Proven leadership experience in mentoring and managing financial teams
- In-depth knowledge of global accounting standards and regulations (e.g., IFRS, GAAP)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with executive leadership and stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Experience with technology-driven or fintech companies is beneficial
- Commitment to driving financial strategies that align with privacy, compliance, and ethical business practices
