We are looking for an experienced CRM & Revenue Operations Specialist to manage CRM systems, lead pipelines, lead lifecycle reporting, follow-up automation, and revenue tracking processes.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, lead management workflows, pipeline tracking, reporting dashboards, and automation systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain CRM systems, primarily HubSpot
- Handle lead management and track the complete lead lifecycle from inquiry to conversion
- Create and manage pipelines, lead stages, deal stages, and CRM workflows
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and ensure proper lead assignment
- Identify stuck leads, missed follow-ups, and inactive opportunities
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead cycle and sales reports
- Build dashboards for lead tracking, conversion rates, and revenue pipeline visibility
- Create automated workflows for follow-ups, lead nurturing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure CRM discipline and process adherence
- Track lead sources and campaign performance across multiple channels
Required Skills
- Strong experience in CRM Management and Lead Management
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM is mandatory
- Strong understanding of:
- Sales pipelines
- Lead lifecycle management
- Revenue reporting
- CRM automation
- Experience in lead cycle reporting and dashboard management
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets / Microsoft Excel
- Experience with Zapier or Make.com is preferred
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in CRM Operations, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations
- Experience working with B2B sales or service-based companies preferred

Shift Timing
Night Shift – 06:30 PM to 03:30 AM IST
(USA Business Hours Overlap Preferred)
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
