Position Overview
The Sales Operations & AI Enablement Specialist will be responsible for embedding AI tools, agentic workflows, and self-serve analytics across our entire global sales organization. Rather than spending time building static reports, you will architect AI-driven workflows that make our SDRs, BDRs, ASEs, and Sales Directors faster, smarter, and more effective — and you will measure their impact.
You will interact directly at every level of the sales organization to ensure full adoption and utilization of our AI stack, while continuously identifying new opportunities to improve how we sell. This is a high-visibility role with significant runway for growth into broader Sales Operations or Revenue Operations leadership.
The Sales Operations & AI Enablement Specialist will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.
Responsibilities
- Drive the rollout, adoption, and day-to-day utilization of AI tools across the commercial organization (ChatGPT, Claude, Glean, Gong, Clari, Qualified, 6sense, Gamma, and others)
- Coach SDRs, BDRs, ASEs, and Sales Directors individually and as a group to raise the bar on how the team uses AI in their daily workflows.
- Design, build, and maintain AI-powered workflows and agents that automate or accelerate core sales activities — pipeline reviews, account research, blue sheets, business case development, follow-ups, and proposal drafting.
- Partner with reps, managers, and Sales Directors to identify high-friction tasks and replace them with AI-assisted processes.
- Build AI-driven, self-serve reporting so that the CCO, Sales Directors, and reps can pull and interpret their own insights — no human in the loop required.
- Ensure underlying commercial data (CRM, Gong, email, calendar, etc.) is structured and accessible so AI can deliver reliable answers.
- Run a weekly cadence across the commercial team to share AI learnings, wins, and best practices.
- Define and track KPIs for AI adoption and impact (utilization, time saved, pipeline lift, win-rate improvements) and report ROI to leadership.
- Stay on top of the rapidly evolving AI tooling landscape and bring forward new ideas the team should test.
Required Skills/Experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, sales enablement, business analytics, or a similar role — or a strong recent graduate with demonstrable AI and technology projects.
- Genuinely passionate about AI — you already use ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools daily and are curious about agentic workflows, prompt engineering, and emerging AI tools.
- Tech-savvy and self-taught — comfortable navigating Salesforce, Clari, Gong, and Glean (or able to learn them quickly), and able to connect tools through APIs, Zapier, n8n, or similar.
- Analytically strong — able to think in systems, structure data, and interpret a pipeline.
- Strong communicator and coach — able to teach reps how to use new tools without making them feel judged, and able to present clearly to executives.
- Bias for action — prefers shipping a rough v1 today and iterating, over waiting for a perfect v3.
Beneficial Skills/Experience
- Hands-on experience with one or more of: Salesforce, Clari, Gong, Glean, Qualified, 6sense, ChatGPT Coding, Claude Coding.
- Exposure to B2B SaaS or healthcare technology sales environments.
- Experience building automations (Zapier, Make, n8n) or light scripting (Python, SQL, JavaScript).
Educational Background
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or a related field. We are equally open to candidates from non-traditional educational backgrounds who can demonstrate strong analytical thinking and hands-on experience with AI tools and workflow automation.
About The Benefits
- Competitive compensation and vacation
- Flexible working arrangements
- Employee Wellness Program
- Professional development and tuition reimbursement program
- Gratifying internal recognition/kudos programs
- Annual salary review – based on company and individual performance
- Fun, inclusive, ego-free environment where diversity and individual thoughts are encouraged and valued
