Our valued client is a rapidly growing technology company with a diversified portfolio of products and services and an impressive roster of top-tier enterprise clients. As a later-stage pre-initial public offering organization, the company is entering a critical phase of growth and capital markets preparation and is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to help lead the business through its next stage of expansion.
The successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO, COO, and Board while providing leadership across capital raising, investor relations, financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, reporting, governance, and public company readiness.
Required Qualifications
• Prior Chief Financial Officer experience within a public company environment, or significant senior finance leadership experience supporting a publicly traded company.
• Preferred experience within the technology sector, including Artificial Intelligence, Software as a Service, enterprise software, Operational Technology, or other technology-driven businesses.
• Demonstrated experience leading or playing a key leadership role in a Securities and Exchange Commission Form S-1 filing and initial public offering process.
• Proven capital raising experience, including direct interaction with institutional investors, private equity firms, venture capital firms, investment banks, and other capital providers.
• Strong investor relations experience and the ability to communicate complex financial, operational, and growth strategies to sophisticated institutional investors.
• Experience developing and maintaining public company financial reporting infrastructure, including Securities and Exchange Commission reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, forecasting, internal controls, and governance processes.
• Strong financial planning and analysis, forecasting, valuation, and key performance indicator development experience.
• Experience supporting executive leadership teams and Boards of Directors in high-growth environments.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience within Artificial Intelligence, machine learning, Software as a Service, enterprise software, or other high-growth technology environments.
• Chartered Financial Analyst designation preferred.
• Mandarin Chinese language skills are a plus.
• Experience in Fund Raising and working across multinational operations and managing global finance teams.
