JOB SUMMARY:
As the Chief Revenue Officer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Infomediji.
The main purpose of the role is to drive long-term, sustainable growth by setting ambitious targets, continuously exploring new growth opportunities, and developing effective channels for customer acquisition, while aligning people, processes, and technology across the entire revenue cycle for maximum impact.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement a robust growth strategy that aligns with our goals.
- Take full ownership of revenue operations, including planning, execution, and the creation of action plans to address any delays or shortfalls.
- Identify and explore new market segments, channels, and opportunities to fuel growth.
- Establish clear links between product development and go-to-market strategies, ensuring every feature targets the right audience and delivers an ROI of ≥x.
- Build and lead world-class marketing and sales teams.
- Drive efforts to achieve x% brand awareness in the target market by 2026.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Extensive experience in B2C environments, ideally in roles such as Chief Revenue Officer, Chief Business Development Officer, Chief Sales Officer, or Head of Growth, with a minimum of 5 years driving revenue and customer acquisition.
- Experience in scaling app-driven companies, with a strong focus on user acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Experience managing and growing teams.
- A proven track record of identifying growth opportunities and anticipating market trends, while mitigating risks and removing potential barriers.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in managing revenue data, financial models, and market insights.
- Demonstrated success in achieving ambitious growth targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
