Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team in Business Operations. The role involves executing orders & projects, managing vendor and client relationships, and ensuring smooth supply chain operations. The ideal candidate should have strong operational acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Roles and Responsibilities
Order Management & Fulfillment
- Manage the entire order fulfillment process from initiation to delivery.
- Coordinate with BD & Sales, Vendor Sourcing, Design, and Logistics teams for seamless execution.
- Maintain and update order details, invoices, shipping documents, and logistics records.
- Assist buyers in finding products on the website and resolving their inquiries.
- Ensure smooth communication via emails, calls, and chats with buyers for a hassle-free order process.
Vendor Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms for cost efficiency.
- Monitor vendor performance based on quality, delivery timelines, and compliance.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and coordinate with internal teams (procurement, logistics, finance).
- Track market trends to identify new vendor opportunities and optimize sourcing strategies.
Client Service & Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and vendors, ensuring timely updates.
- Work with BD & Sales teams to address customer concerns and finalize orders with vendors.
- Conduct meetings, calls, and presentations with clients, vendors, and the design team.
- Develop and maintain a database of prospective clients, inventory, and demand forecasting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: Freshers
- Strong communication, coordination, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the packaging industry or startups.
- Understanding of order management, supply chain processes, and vendor negotiations.
- Background in business development or operations contributing to company revenue.
