Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Business Operations Manager to oversee and streamline daily operations, improve process efficiency, and support strategic business initiatives. The role requires strong analytical skills, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities -
1. Manage and optimize day-to-day business operations across departments
2. Monitor KPIs, prepare MIS reports, and drive performance improvements
3. Coordinate with sales, HR, finance, and leadership teams
4. Support budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning
5. Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for operational efficiency
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
