Your Mission: The Role

You are a proactive, indispensable partner to Searce's leadership, deeply embedded in our sales and operational strategy. This isn’t just about tracking numbers or managing CRM entries; it’s about being a "Sales Operations Strategist" who removes bottlenecks, optimizes the sales cycle, and acts as a force multiplier for Searce global growth.
You'll be a Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for orchestrating the mission, vision, and strategy of Sales Operations. You will ensure meticulous process compliance, manage complex sales pipelines, and serve as a critical advisor, enabling Searce to navigate the competitive tech consulting landscape with speed and precision.
Key Responsibilities
- Process & Strategy: Define the strategy for Sales Operations and drive the adoption of sales processes, tools, and methodologies across the unit.
- Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales pipelines, productivity reports, and forecasting for senior management.
- Financial Oversight: Prepare project-wise profitability statements and reconcile revenue between Zoho and Salesforce.
- Governance & Compliance: Conduct monthly audits of customer proposals, MSAs, and contracts to ensure sales governance and identify process improvements.
- Incentive Management: Track KPI fulfillment for sales personnel and calculate variable payouts based on Sales Incentive Policies.
- Support & Training: Provide support to front-line Sales Leaders and create training documents to get teams up to speed on operations tools.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: At least 3+ years in Sales Operations and 2+ years in a fast-paced B2B tech consulting environment.
- Education: An MBA is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Salesforce (preferable), Google Workspace, and databases. Knowledge of cloud-based products is an advantage.
- Mindset: A "futuristic" outlook with a high personal intolerance for mediocrity and the ability to admit mistakes openly to encourage team growth.
