Trade Compliance Screening Specialist
1. Purpose
Build a team to support Trade Compliance screening operation, including Sales orders, Services dispatches, and account-level restricted party screening performed in Oracle GTM. The goal is to ensure resources are hired efficiently while maintaining compliance, operational continuity, and data security.
2. Scope
This procedure applies to all employees hired to support:
- Sales order screening
- Services dispatch screening
- Customer/account-level screening
- Related data validation and documentation tasks within GTM
3. Responsibilities
- Work in Oracle GTM system to review and action system generated holds related to Restricted party screening.
- Perform screening tasks in accordance with Trade Compliance procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all policies and controls.
- Escalate issues according to the defined escalation path.
4. Minimum Qualifications for Screening Specialists
These resources must meet these baseline requirements:
Technical Skills
- Demonstrated hands-on experience in Oracle GTM
- Ability to perform restricted party screening, address unknown/partial matches, and validate transactional data.
- Experience working with ERP/Supply Chain/Order Management systems (preferred).
Trade Compliance Knowledge
- 1 year of experience in Trade Compliance, Export Control, Customs, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of denied party lists (e.g., OFAC, BIS, EU).
- Familiarity with escalation processes and red flag identification.
