About the Role
PeopleElevate is hiring a GTM Lead on behalf of its client, ContentNinja.
We’re looking for a hands-on GTM builder who can design and execute a high-performance outbound engine. This is not a typical SDR or demand generation role—you will own the entire top-of-funnel motion.

About the Role
We’re hiring a GTM Lead to build and run a high-performance outbound engine.
You will own end-to-end top-of-funnel execution—from ICP definition and account research to campaign execution, lead qualification, and pipeline creation.
This is a hands-on role, not strategy-only.
What You’ll Be Doing (Core Focus Areas Only)
- Build ICP, target account lists, and decision-maker mapping
- Run cold outbound campaigns (email + LinkedIn) using tools like SmartLead / Instantly / Sales Handy
- Set up and manage domains, inboxes, warm-ups, deliverability
- Write and test high-conversion outbound messaging
- Track and improve open rates, reply rates, and meeting conversions
- Qualify inbound/outbound responses and create sales-ready pipeline
Must-Have Experience (Non-Negotiable)
✔ 4–5 years in B2B SaaS / product company
✔ Hands-on experience running outbound campaigns at scale
✔ Strong working knowledge of:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Email outreach tools (SmartLead / Instantly / Sales Handy, etc.)
- Data tools (Clay or similar – good to have)
✔ Experience owning numbers:
- Reply rates
- Meetings booked
- Pipeline generated
