Role Summary:
We are currently seeking a strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our global finance function and serve as a key partner to the CEO and senior management. As the company scales, the CFO will drive financial strategy, optimize our capital structure, and ensure the highest standards of corporate governance and financial excellence.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the company's long-term financial planning and capital allocation strategies to support global business expansion.
- Oversee capital raising initiatives and manage strategic relationships with investors and financial institutions.
- Together with the Group Finance Director, provide executive oversight of the Financial Controller function, ensuring the integrity of global accounting, internal controls, and consolidated reporting.
- Establish and maintain robust financial reporting systems that meet international regulatory and audit standards.
- Direct the annual budgeting process and implement advanced financial analytics to drive operational performance and efficiency.
- Together with the Group Finance Director, Manage global treasury, tax planning, and corporate risk management frameworks to optimize liquidity and ensure compliance.
What We Require From You:
- 12+ years of senior finance leadership, ideally within the FinTech or high-growth technology sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA, or MBA is highly preferred.
- Proven success in managing complex capital market transactions or navigating companies through significant institutional transitions.
- Deep knowledge of international accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory frameworks for multinational entities.
- Strong capability in building scalable finance organizations and institutionalizing corporate processes.
- High level of responsibility and a strong "big-picture" perspective.
- Business fluency in Chinese and English (to work with stakeholders who work primarily in Chinese).
