About the Company - A high-growth Tech company is seeking a Head of Sales Operations (ANZ) to lead a full-scale Salesforce transformation and drive operational efficiency across the business.
About the Role - In this role, you will take ownership of restructuring and optimising Salesforce, ensuring seamless integration with key business systems. Leading a team of skilled Salesforce Developers and Admins, you’ll play a key role in transforming the sales operations function, balancing big-picture strategy with hands-on execution.
Responsibilities
- Salesforce Transformation: Overhaul and optimise Salesforce to enhance functionality, reporting, and efficiency.
- System Integration: Ensure smooth connectivity between Salesforce and critical platforms across finance and marketing.
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of three (two Salesforce Developers and one Admin).
- Strategic & Hands-on Role: Drive both strategic initiatives and hands-on execution to deliver impactful results.

Required Skills
- Proven track record in Salesforce transformation within complex organisations (e.g., financial services, telecommunications, SaaS).
- Expertise in CRM integration, particularly with finance and marketing platforms.
- A resilient, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-change environments.
- Ability to deliver tangible results within 3 to 6 months.

Pay range and compensation package - Salary: Base + Super + Bonus + Equity.
