Sales Operations and Activations Executive to play a key role in shaping our future success. In this versatile position, you’ll collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to align strategies and drive impactful trade promotions. You will partner with Sales Leadership to manage and execute the Trade Promotions calendar, lead the planning of key sales events and customer conferences, and develop compelling trade materials that support our Field Teams. Key Accountabilities:
In this 12-month Fixed-Term Contract, you will:
- Align shopper marketing & trade initiatives with business, marketing & customer plans.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to plan & manage the Trade Promotions calendar (Imax).
- Oversee activity calendar to ensure alignment with Field capacity.
- Lead Cycle meeting planning & brief Field Teams.
- Manage POS development, rollout & post-event analysis.
- Develop & distribute trade materials, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Plan & coordinate cycle meetings, sales events, customer conferences & trade shows.
- Maintain Master Deals table & key communication platforms (e.g., monthly huddles).
- Develop & execute Shopper Marketing plans, trade materials & activations.
- Lead the Catalogue Ad process from creation to execution
About you:
To be considered for this role, you should:
- 3-5 years Brand/ Customer/Shopper Marketing experience in FMCG/Pharma
- Experience in a Sales role would be highly regarded
- Bachelor Degree in Business/Marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task
- Collaborative team player
- Outstanding communication skills
