In this pivotal role, you’ll collaborate closely with our dynamic marketing and sales teams, aligning shopper marketing and trade initiatives with our strategic business objectives. Your efforts will help shape and drive our Trade Promotions calendar, ensuring seamless coordination and execution. You’ll lead critical cycle meetings, manage POS requirements, and oversee the development of impactful trade materials.

Key Accountabilities:
In this role you will:
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align shopper marketing & trade initiatives with overall business objectives, marketing & customer plans.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to agree Trade Promotions calendar (Imax).
- Manage the calendar of activity to ensure alignment with Field capacity.
- Lead Cycle meeting planning including partnering with sales management to brief Field Teams at Cycle.
- Manage POS requirements including development & roll out.
- Develop trade materials leveraging marketing key visuals including printing, distribution, and ensure deadlines are met by all internal departments including post-event analysis to improve ROI over time.
- Lead planning of cycle meeting, sales events, customer conferences, and trade shows.
- Organise product samples for field team as part of cycle parcel deals.
- Maintain Master deals table & key communication platforms such as mthly huddles.
- Own the development and execution of Shopper Marketing plans, trade materials and activations.
- Leverage Shopper Insights to identify opportunities to drive new shopper initiatives.
- Manage SKU Library and all customer related requests.
About you:
To be considered for this opportunity, you should have experience with:
- Budget Management.
- Trade Marketing performance evaluations.
- POS production / printing.
- Presenting.
- Writing customer sell-ins.
- Event coordination and planning.
- Computer and Administration work.
- Communicating and collaborating cross-functionally to a high level.
