Position Summary
As a Senior GTM Engineer, you will help design, build, and optimize the systems and workflows that power our go-to-market engine. This is a hands-on technical role embedded in the GTM organization. You’ll work at the intersection of data solutions, the revenue office, and operations to make sellers more productive and campaigns more effective.
This role reports to the Senior Director of GTM Engineering & AI Enablement. It’s ideal for someone who thinks in systems, moves fast, and cares as much about business outcomes as clean code.
Key Responsibilities: - Design and maintain automated workflows using tools like n8n, Clay, and Claude Code to reduce manual work and accelerate seller execution
- Build data models, ETL pipelines, and enrichment workflows that support outbound targeting, account scoring, and operational reporting
- Support integrations between core platforms (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Snowflake, Clay) to ensure clean data flow and system reliability
- Partner with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Audit and simplify existing processes. Find where teams are doing manual, repetitive work and engineer it in a more effective way
- Develop AI-powered agents and workflows that automate research, prospecting, and operational tasks across the revenue org
- Serve as a technical thought partner to GTM leadership on how we operationalize strategy through tooling and automation
Required Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in GTM engineering, revenue operations, marketing operations, or a similar technical role within a SaaS or subscription-based business
- Highly proficient in Python and SQL. These are daily tools
- Experience building automated workflows using tools like Zapier, n8n or similar platforms
- Experience with data modeling and ETL pipelines. Knowledge of Power BI, Snowflake, or Databricks is a plus
- Working knowledge of Salesforce including configuration, data management, and integrations
- Strong understanding of GTM business processes and how pipeline gets built, sellers work accounts, and marketing-to-sales handoffs function
- Track record of cross-functional partnership with Sales, Marketing, and CS to build systems that drive measurable outcomes
Preferred Experience
- Experience with data enrichment platforms like Clay or ZoomInfo
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tooling (Claude, OpenAI, AI agents) and how to apply them to GTM workflows
- Exposure to sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft) and revenue intelligence tools (Gong)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
Location: - Remote – United States or Ontario, Canada
